All of our produce is organic and locally sourced. We are proud to carry top quality all natural organic meats that are free of nitrates, hormones, and antibiotics. When you eat at The Healthy Habit, you know what you are putting in your body.
Breakfast
Breakfast Bowl
Brown Rice, black bean, scrambled egg, jack cheese topped with fire roasted salsa, avocado and drizzled with spicy aioli. Served with gluten free tortilla chips.
Breakfast Burrito
Same as the bowl but in an organic whole wheat tortilla grilled to perfection.
Overnight Oats
Rolled Oats soaked overnight with chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup layered between peanut butter, bananas and more maple syrup!
Add: Seasonal fruit for additional pick me up!
Breakfast Club
Two medium fried eggs on toasted sourdough spread with spicy aioli, bacon, jack cheese, tomato, and avocado topped with baby arugula.
Yogurt Bowl
8 oz Maple Hill Yogurt topped with granola, fresh fruit, goji berries, coconut shreds, chia seeds, and honey.
Add: Bee pollen for extra immunity
French Toast
Two Slices of brioche bread dipped in almond milk, eggs and cinnamon and then grilled. Topped with mixed berry compote.
Add: Coconut whipped cream or chocolate chips for extra yumminess!!
Avocado Toast
Thick sliced squaw bread topped with avocado and hemp seeds.
Add on: Egg, Hummus,Vegetables, Bacon or Cheese.
The Healthy Mess
Three scrambled eggs tossed with roasted red bell peppers, artichoke hearts, spinach, and onions. Topped with your choice of jack cheese, swiss , provolone, or fresh mozzarella. Try it with Avocado!

Salads
Cobb
Chopped romaine topped with gorgonzola cheese, hickory smoked bacon, tomatoes, sliced hard-boiled egg and scallions. Topped with sliced avocado. Served with our bali-blue dressing.
Chicken Caesar
Chopped romaine served with grilled chicken and our homemade croutons. Topped with freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Served with our homemade Caesar dressing.
Mixed Green Salad
Mixed greens topped with gorgonzola, spicy pecans, and dried cranberries. Served with our homemade light vinaigrette.
Avocado Caprese
Fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and avocado. Served on top of baby arugula tossed with olive oil and drizzled lightly with aged balsamic vinegar.
Terry’s Garden
Mixed greens tossed with carrots, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and red cabbage. Topped with raw sunflower seeds and served with a side of our citrus vinaigrette.

Turkey Club
Honey roasted turkey topped with hickory smoked bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, Monterrey jack cheese, spread with our aioli, on toasted sourdough.
Veggie Delight
Fresh mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, sliced red onion, spread with whipped cream cheese, drizzled with raspberry walnut dressing on squaw bread.
Hot Pastrami
New York style pastrami with swiss cheese, sliced pickles, and sweet hot mustard on grilled marble rye bread.

Spicy Tuna Salad
Pole caught albacore tuna mixed in a spicy aioli with mayo, diced pickles, red onions and celery. Topped with mixed lettuce, tomato, and provolone cheese. Served on multi-grain bread.

The Vegan Wrap
Whole wheat flour tortilla spread with our freshly made hummus, layered with mixed greens, cucumber, shredded carrots, sliced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. Topped with avocado and drizzled with aged balsamic vinegar.
Chicken Salad Sandwich
Chopped grilled chicken breast, tossed with celery, onions, and our sweet hot mustard aioli. Topped with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes then spread with aioli and served on a toasted french roll.
